Birthday Parties

Ezra got to have two parties! One on his actual birthday & one two days later!

We had a quick birthday party on his actual birthday as it was the day of ECA’s graduation & Micah & I needed to be up at school fairly early in the evening.

Ezra chose Thomas the Train as the theme for his 4th Birthday

Skyping with Nene, Da, & Emme before the party started!

Ezra chose “chicken & fries” (chicken nuggets & french fries) for his birthday dinner. He also had some special guests: Aunt Stephanie, Miss Amy, Aunt Heather, as well as a couple from ECA (she tutors me in Spanish, but Ezra LOVES her because she always brings books to read to him).

Ezra got four new Thomas Trains, which he was very excited about!

What boy wouldn’t be ecstatic about some new construction equipment?!?! (Thanks Grandpa & Baba!)

Happy Birthday, Ezra! I can’t believe how big you are getting!

Two days later we had a small party at the park with his friends!

This is what Ezra requested: Chocolate cupcakes with “Thomas faces”

Aunt Stephanie pushing Ati & Kiera

Audrey enjoying the sand toys!

All the girls enjoying their brownies (I didn’t have enough cupcakes for all the adults, so I made brownies for them, but the kids polished off the cupcakes & started in on the brownies! Can’t say I blame them!)

While the kids played…

…the adults enjoyed a warm sunny day!

Thanks to everyone for coming & helping to make Ezra’s birthday special!!!

Looks like fun! Happy Birthday Ezra! Kayley just had a Thomas cake for her birthday too! I think they would have fun playing trains together!
